swimming

  Here are two reason why people loves to swim.  Firstly, it can be a great exercise as it provide full body workout. While we are swimming, actually our major muscles are working. Hence we can burn our calories;by that time we can lose our weight and will become slimmer. The next reason is, swimming can also reduces our stress. How come? Via the endorphine hormone,that hormon will stimulate us to feel pleasure and happy. While we are swimming, the hormone will be released and right after that someone will feel better. In conclusion, every people have their own reason why they love to swim. Wether to have fun or stay healthy.
